Hartford Graduate Center Transcript Request

Overview

The Hartford Graduate Center has been affiliated with Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute since 1955 and offered programs qualifying for the RPI Master's degrees as well as programs resulting in degrees awarded in its own name. Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute is the custodian of the Hartford Graduate Center academic records and provides information concerning former students academic history.

You can request an official transcript through the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC).

The transcript request takes 2 to 4 weeks to process. We can only send transcripts through hold for pickup, regular US mail or email to University Registrar or Admissions Office. Cannot send to personal email addresses.

Procedures

1. Go to National Student Clearinghouse Transcript.
2. Click Order Transcript(s).
3. Enter in name, date of birth, student ID or social security number if you don't remember.
4. Since you are not currently attending you would answer "No". Then answer "Yes" or "No" to attend/graduate Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute before 1980. You would estimate the years of attendance.
5. List your address, email, and phone number.
6. Select when you want transcript processed
   • Current Transcript-Process As Is. This option is sent right away.
7. Select reason for request, delivery method, how many copies, and upload attachments.
   • Delivery Methods are hold for pickup, email, US regular mail. Email can only be sent yo University Registrar and Admissions Office. Cannot send to personal email addresses.
   • Upload attachments option you can upload any forms that need to be included. Except you cannot send other admission documents such as high school transcript, other colleges transcript, AP or TOEFL with your transcript through NSC.
8. Select Add to Cart and Checkout.
9. It will ask that you sign with your mouse, pay with credit card, and then click Submit Order.
